Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist (Emirati National)
Qualifications:

- Main Duties:
- Administer ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
- Create and execute personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) according to patient evaluations.
- Utilize data-driven techniques to conduct behavior assessments and monitor progress.
- Work together with various healthcare professionals such as psychologists, social workers, and physicians to develop thorough care plans for patients.
- Offer individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patients' social, communication, and functional abilities.
- Educate and assist family members and caregivers on techniques to encourage positive behavior in both home and community settings.
- Keep precise and private documentation of therapy appointments and client advancements.
- Keep up to date with the most recent ABA research and methods to improve therapeutic strategies.
- Requirements:
- Emirati National possessing a valid Emirates ID & Family book.
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Special Education, or related areas is required (master’s degree is preferred).
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or qualification for certification (such as BCBA, RBT).
- Having previous experience in delivering ABA therapy is preferred (1-2 years).
- Thorough understanding behavioral management methods and approaches for people with ASD or other developmental conditions.
- Outstanding language proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Compassionate, tolerant, and committed to improving the well-being of patients.
- Capacity to effectively collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Psychologist (Emirati National)
Qualifications:

- Main Duties:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, identify diagnoses, and offer therapy for individuals with mental health, addiction, and emotional conditions.
- Collaborate with other therapist professionals to create personalized treatment plans for everyone.
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions, including both individual and group options, to assist individuals in tackling personal obstacles.
- Help children cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
- Collaborate closely with rehab specialists to incorporate psychological assistance in treatment plans for both physical and mental health healing.
- Ensure student records and progress reports are kept up-to-date and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
- Engage in psychological studies and remain informed about top strategies in rehabilitation psychology.
- Help and advice to the families of patients when needed.
- Requirements:
- UAE National with a valid Emirates ID & Family Book.
- A master’s degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Rehabilitation Psychology).
- At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals dealing with addiction, trauma, or mental health disorders is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care and support to patients.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.

Special Educator (Emirati National)
Qualifications:

- Main Duties:
- Create and put into action personalized education plans (IEPs) for students who require special assistance.
- Modify lesson plans and teaching strategies to cater to the different abilities of students.
- Offer assistance and guidance to students individually or in small groups.
- Work together with parents, educators, and other experts to guarantee the achievement of students.
- Monitor students' advancement and adjust teaching techniques as needed.
- Encourage a welcoming, diverse, and optimistic classroom atmosphere.
- Employ the use of assistive technologies and educational tools to support the learning process.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to keep up to date with the latest strategies in special education.
- Requirements:
- Emirati National holding a legitimate Emirates ID & Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, or bachelor’s degree in sociology or psychology with at least 2 years of experience in special education.
- Having certification or extra training in special education is advantageous.
- At least 1 year’s work experience in teaching students with special needs is recommended, although not required.
- Great communication abilities and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate within a team.
- A willingness to wait, show understanding, and dedicate oneself to the progress and achievements of every student.
- Preferably, candidates should be skilled in both Arabic and English.

Special Educator Assistant
Qualifications:
- 2-year teaching experience for children with special needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Special Education or Related Course.
- Certificate of Equivalency from Ministry of Education, UAE.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Occupational Therapist
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
